The watershed is 314 acres in size and drains to Lake Lucerne. The lake is 52 acres in size with a mean depth of 27 feet and with a maximum depth of 65 feet. Pipe Lake is partially located in both Covington and Maple Valley, Washington. The watershed is 403 acres in size and includes drainage from adjacent Pipe Lake. The lake is 16 acres in size with a mean depth of 18 feet and with a maximum depth of 37 feet. Lake Lucerne is located in Maple Valley, Washington.
